No...I can honestly say that I have not tried that. You just asked where it would fit...you didn't ask if it was easy.

My buddy uses one of THESE.

It can be mounted on the side or behind cab, and tire size did not appear to be an issue. He also swapped-out the regular lugnut for a Gorilla Lock for security.

Thats pretty much exactly what I had in mind, cheap and effective! I don't think I'm gonna go this route any more but if I do it will be something similar to that one. Thanks buddy.
