Ennnh. I can either way. There are so many black trucks out there, but I think black and trucks are synonymous. They just go together and you can't really go wrong. Besides, if there are any imperfections, a darker color would hide it better as oppose to sticking out like a sore thumb if you used a lighter color like red or white. Dark blue is also a good truck color.

I can't stand black repaints...they are soooooooooooooo overdone. It's one thing to get a balck truck off the lot, or repaint a truck that was originally black, but changing to black is too overdone. Personally, I'd think a black cherry metallic would be cool. Or do a dark hunter green metallic...or a midnight blue metallic. I think a darker color is the way to go, but not black...and I obviously like metallics.

Wanna pay for the paint? :D

My point exactly...I was going for economical in my black and blue suggestion, hell, if money was no object, I'd say, add sparkle and tint and have this thing tricked out fire engine red! Like mine! smilietease

I was figuring $4-500 for supplies, and another $1000 for labor.

Ben, I can't imagine smoking metallic paint can be good for brain cells. smilietease

I'll see what I can dig up at the local paint supply store.
