I have a Flasher problem

The Truck is a 1990 Ford F-350 extended cab dually.
The engine is a 7.5l.
The problem is that the rear hazard lights will not work.

I have checked the wire under the truck, no power there.
The rear brake lights and turn signals do work.
The front hazard light do work.
Fuse and flashers are good, (new HD on the hazards).

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hang on Mike, someone with the answer should be along shortly...

I REALLY had a different idea with that title.... But anyway, with the turn signal and brake lights working, I would expect a problem with the turn signal switch itself. It pretty much is all that is left, since the circuit to the tail lights apparently is fine, the grounds for the rear are apparently fine, the only other common link is the ts switch itself.

Too Funny. I didn't catch that when I posted it.
It does appear to be the switch. If I pull it out all the way they don't work, but when I push the switch in just a little, they work.

Thanks for the input.
