V8 5.? I don't remember off the top of my head, and I'll have to look at the tranny. But I'm thinking about swapping the tranny out for a 5 spd manual.

Divide and Colorado Springs. About 60 miles south of denver. I've heard there is some good fishin in Flathead.

Yeah...I'm diggin on her pretty hard too. If you need any diagrams or anything, Chris (Skandocious) seems to be the man with the plan. You have any specific things you'd like to do to her?

Dude, where do I start. Rhino Line the bed, Diamond plate bed rail caps, Daimond plate Custom tool box, New paint, re-work the engine, light bar, Front grill, custom rear bumper, winch, Stereo, CB. But there is alot of work that I need to do first, Biggest is getting the electrical straighten out. The dash lights don't work, and some of the running lights are out, and I checked all the fuses and bulbs.

If it's a 5.something then it'll be a 5.0 or a 5.8. And if it's an auto tranny then chances are it's an E4OD, though I believe there were other, not-as-common options that year.

Don't recall them ever putting a 302 in the 350's...so it's probably a 351 (5.8) with an E4OD behind.

I know that...but without knowing the truck, I'll never rule out the possibility of a swap during the trucks 16 year service life.

I wasn't just saying they'd swap in a 302...it coulda been anything...but if it's all original...and he says it's a 5.??? then yeah it's a 5.8 and E4OD.

You know...the folks that brought us the MG midget...I believe Chris' is a MG B that he inherited from his father. It's not in that pic, just prior knowledge.

Can't seem to find my chart right now that shows the pan differences...but it is an E4OD...or it would be a manual...but you already said it was an auto. As for the roll along package, yes I have heard about it on other sites. As far as I know, it was pretty much a 'camping/luxury' package that Ford did in conglomeration with these guys:
