Anyone know why everyone else is using 2 relays instead of looping the power from one ?

Depends on how much current the headlights pull... Most bosch-style relays are 30-40amp relays... If you want anything larger then you gotta start buying fancier/more expensive relays. I paid $25 or $30 for my Bosch 75amp SPST relay, while 30amp relays can be had for $5-10 each.

Would you guys pay more if the kit had Bosch Relay (s) instead of the NON-Bosch relays these other kits have ?

Bill is thinking of using only ONE relay instead of 2.

1) yes I would pay more for the bosch relays
as for the other 2 I would rather have the two relays even if they are bigger or better. My reason is this. I carry a little box that has every fuse that may blow in my truck. I also carry a few other spares on the truck like an extra solinoid(spl?) bolted beside the one I am using. With the 2 seperate relays in the harnes already it already has the spare. If the Brights go out I can run the low beams till I replace that realy. But if the low beam goes out I can swap over the high beam and keep on trucking. That may not make sense but its how I think

from what i heard bosch relays sell in the usa for $25.00 usd each

2 of them is already $50.00

Keep in mind that Bosch is not the end-all relay... There are other companies that make relays of equal quality. For the smaller 40amp relays in my e-fan setup, I use Hella relays (yes the same guys that make fog lamps and such). Those have been running strong for quite some time now, and the quality is top notch. I think I paid less than $5 for each.

Yeah Bosch isn't the only company out there that makes good stuff, i'm wil Chris on this one, 25 bucks for a little relay is kinda silly..
