i'm up early making some french toast before work. plan on cutting out a little early this afternoon and going fishing with my wife. should be a pretty quiet, but fun day.

i just picked it back up a few months ago from when i was little. we're going on a fishing trip this summer with my family, so she thought she should practice up. there's a lake really close to our house, and as long as she doesn't have to touch the worm or the fish, she actually enjoys it. yay for me.

we're not catching anything big yet, just little blue gill a few inches long. still fun though - i don't care what i catch, just like catching anything.
