I sure hope the guy at that job I got will part with the steering wheel insert, even will give him my insert in exchange so it still looks complete in his interior, that's my b-day wish. So random, the truck is an XLT but no power anything, no slider, courtesy lights, etc. Hard to see how the difference is between an XL, XLT, XLT Lariat, etc. are. Then there's the Explorer too.

but why have an XLT badge when an XL badge would have been the more suitable one for the options. Wonder if it was a marketing thing. Hey, I have an XLT Lariat with roll up windows....
