Got the rear Hellwig installed on my 05 Ex

Had great expectations given the results of when I put them on the 02 and 03 Ex....

and was actually underwhelmed

Odd... but seemed to make the truck "squat" more (IIRC) and helped the ride some, but not as much as I thought it would going over the RR tracks

Will be checking the install this morning....

just sure they must have done something wrong ? although I can't imagine what

Not that I think it really squats just gives the perception that it is lowered...

Ya know, after driving it for 35k miles ya sorta know what it feels like and it just seems like the back end is "more taut" - hard to describe..

Will try to get some pics tmo to compare to the "correct" install pics I've seen...

I have an "explorer express" rear bar I need to install on mine. It is a lot heavier than the stock one that came on my 01.

Guess where it is? Sitting in the corner of my living room. Does a lot of good there...huh?
