Yes! Ford will be offering a Bronco with a Coyote V8 in it! Oh wait, it won't be street legal... Seriously? The Bronco DR will be offered as a race truck for teams who will be competing in events like the Baja 1000.
So why aren't they planning to offer it as a street legal option any customer can buy? Likely because of the high price tag. It will be a very low production offering and, knowing that Multimatic are heavily involved, supplying its well-known DSSV dampers and other parts, the cost will be quite a bit higher than most Bronco buyers would be willing to spend (not that this should stop them from doing it). Expect these race trucks to go on sale in late 2022, priced in the "mid-$200,000 range,". That's a steep jump from a fully loaded Bronco, but it will be pretty cool to see them in action.
