Engine Stalling

1991 Ford F-250 5.0L. Stalling/Surging problem when temperatures are under 35-40 degrees with engine cold while idling. Will stall when temperatures are a little colder. Once engine is warmed up, idles great. Idles great with engine cold during spring/summer/fall when temps are warmer even on startup. The check engine light is not currently on. Had a vacuum leak in the vacuum reservoir about a month ago that I fixed. Was getting EGR and o2 codes due to the vacuum leak but that hasn’t come back on. I have replaced the coolant temp sensor, IAC and the AIC.

I still suspect a vacuum leak somewhere in the intake, especially if it happens until it warms up.
