Driveshaft Fitting Question

Does the 73-79 automatic C4 and C6 have the same number of splines for the slip yoke on the driveshaft?

I have a 76 C6 auto and found front driveshaft thats on a C4 auto.

Diameter is different, don't know on the splines, but doesn't really matter.

No. The output shaft of the C6 is much larger than the C4.

One thing I've noticed is with as much that is swap over and bolt on from dentside to dentside...the drive shafts are not one of those parts...lengths and ujoint types created something like 8 different driveshafts last time I was looking for a spare for the Bronco.
