what would make the fuse to: tachometer, electronic shift keep burning constantly, it seems like everytime i gun it, it blows.... can anyone pin point me to the exact spot where the wires can crisscross and short? first time this happened. or other causes?

You most likely have to trace it down to find it.

yeah MAINLY, when i gun it. also at high speeds. i really only use my flare when i cruise around. (20-30 mph) not really when downshifting. but when it hard shifts either up or down i now i burnt my fuse without looking at the tach. so....

Grounding issue. 7x's out of 10...a grounding issue with fuse blowing.

so where exactly would a ground be cut off at? im going to be fixing my power steering soon and dont have time enough to search through every wire.... a pin point would be very nice, maybe a reference

I might be a ways off here , but is your motor mount broke ?

this happened after i wrecked my flare at 80 off a hill so no, i dont think youre off. gotta check those and my body mounts soon.... but that can make problems?

A ground issue is the worst thing in the world to track down.
I couldn't begin to tell you..... where to look.

You have to get upside down, 3/4 turn to the door as your feet are in the air..... hands on wires.
Took me a week to find a tach issue in mine. It was behind the fuse box...pinched wire. The firewall grommet twisted. Don't ask me how..

Maybe related to a shift solenoid... had a case a while back on a chevy that the wire routing was such that the pipe going from the torque converter to the back of the valve body would get really hot while towing, enough that it blew out the ecm fuse by shorting to the pipe after melting the insulation off... Might possible be something of that nature...

Knowing now that its been in a wreck changes everything. I'd start looking at the wires ( from that fuse) near where the worst impact damage was.
Could be shorting to a body panel or to another wire.
And any ground wire clamps near the damage area
