hi everyone, i don,t know if i am in the right space but i am Bryan from Brisbane Australia. i have a 1977 f100 ambulance in not so good condition .i was wondering if anyone out there would like to give me some advice on if this is worth doing up.
i have rust in the fire wall and the pillars at the side of the windscreen are all rusted.also the top of the windscreen has rust in it. is this an easy fix or a major one.thanks

Hi Bryan welcome to the site ..... they're a great bunch of friendly helpful blokes here.
Unfortunately the rhd converted Aussie f series of that approx vintage are pretty prone to rust (at least over here in Enzed) and there are plenty of bogans out there who just use bog and chicken wire to hide it all until some poor sod comes along and cops it like you have.
The best thing to do if i was in your shoes Bryan is to scrape all the coin up you can get and buy another good cab to do a swap with - have you tried these guys http://ftrucksaustralia.com/ (Brisbane site) also there is another outfit in Gympie that i just can't remember the name of right now - here's a few for wrecking on gumtree http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-qld/f100+parts/k0l3008841.
