Now a rant!

New PC crashed 8/29, this was followed by a 4 day blackout in our area that Edison claimed they knew nothing about. Power finally came back on Thursday. Now after contacting HP, I'm waiting for a box from them so I can send the D thing in for repairs. When one calls the HP 800 number, the call is answered in India!!!
