I feel like they have a better return policy than other stores.
I'll vouch for that...I had some iPod accessories that were a few years old, with a one year warranty...had no receipt...they let me even exchange no questions asked because they felt a product from their store should last. I also brought back a couple dvd's that I watched and didn't like...with the receipt, and they took them back and let me exchange for two others. I dunno if that's good business to keep me happy and going back or bad business and they lose money.
