Apr 14, 2011 #7 FordF-SuperDuty 4,391 142 Ballwin, MO Tirerack.com carries them. I'd go leveling springs instead of coil spacers.
Apr 14, 2011 #8 Lost PA Chapter leader 3,288 33 central PA F350 2wd coil r 1 3/4" over a new stock spring but if your coil have not been replaced in last couple years it will be more. Any level coils u may have to get chamber kit so wheels /tires dont lean, There r several out there I'm looking at a 2.5 has drop brackets coils shocks rear blocks ( rather have extra lift leaf but for price.) Look on ebay to see whats out there then go local . Avoid spacers used coils instead you'll be happy later

To my knowledge that kit doesn't include the camber/caster bushings. I've looked into 2in lifts and this combo seems to be the cheapest. http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33701-1-5-2-inch-f-150-supercab-4wd-leveling-kit.html http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33578-superlift-3-3-add-a-leafs-rear.html
