About to pull the trigger on Spray-on bed liner. Should I do it?

Like the title says. I went by the Bullet Liner shop in Marietta and they said they would spray on a liner over the rails (I have a drop-in liner that already scratched the rails) for $400.
I'm very seriously considering this but I would like to hear opinions about it. Particularly if any of you have heard or experienced the "Bullet Liner" products.
Oh yeah, I don't use my truck to do much heavy or rough loads so I wonder if I should have a relatively thin liner sprayed on to save weight....

Haven't heard of the brand, but the price is dead on for OTR. I had it quoted a year ago for over the rail on my longbed for the same price, but with LineX.

I for one like the spray in liner, I have a thick coat in my 350 and have thrown and dragged all kinds of things in it with zero damage or dents. If there was a choice between thin or thick, I'd opt for the thick.

I'm very happy with my LineX.

I'd encourage you to shop around some, though- and look at trucks sprayed by the different shops. Different brands have different finishes.

I'd opt for the thick, too. The place around here that offers a choice of thicknesses, only warranties the thicker option.

I have Rhino Liner in my old truck. It's slightly sun faded and I'd probably go with Line-X if I got to pick. I like the spray in bed liners though.

Never heard of Bullet liner so did a little reading.
Looks like the guy that developed line-x sold the company a few years ago.
He then started up Bullet liner so I would guess it is a quality liner.
Saw a few pics of the application and it looks good.

That's right Smokey. My friend in the shop next door told me the same thing and added that the guys in the Bullet Liner place in Marietta, GA did very good work. I called around and even went to Line-X to look and speak with the people but I decided to go with Bullet based on several factors. First, I did not like how the particular Line-X store guy did business. On the phone he quoted one price ($475) and at the store he quoted $500. When I said that I could get a spray liner for $400, he offered me a $25 discount (back to the original phone quotation *and* their email reply... This is not to slam Line-X in general, I just did not like that guys ethics or his price. The finish however looked really good in a truck they had parked there.

I went to Bullet and they were super nice, they not only honored their original price but lowered it a little and did more than they had to :) . Super good experience with them and the truck looks phenomenal!

My ranger has a spray in liner; I like it But would prefer a lighter color, black tends to hold heat...
