A/C question '87 BII

Had my Bronco II out today and the A/C didn't seem to be putting out as cold as usual and the fan wasn't blowing as hard.
When I hit a set of RR tracks it miraculously started blowing colder and harder.
I can understand a fan connection being loose, but I'm lost on the air getting colder. Maybe a loose connection on a solenoid valve ?







Then by the time I got home the right front wheel was trying to lock up I guess I should drive it more, Maybe some fukkin wax will make it happy.

It looks like the rubber brake lines on the front are swelling on the inside and not releasing the fluid pressure. This happened once before about 15 years ago.
