If you have all the brackets it should bolt on.

Are you talking front bumper or rear bumper?

The front bumper should fit on fine, but I believe the Lightning rear bumper is wider than the Flareside rear bumper, as the bed is wider.

It is expensive, but I just can't find any anywhere. I looked/checked 50-60 places and could not find any.
