88 Bronk Push Button 4x4 Doesnt Work

Well I plowed friday, 4x4 worked just fine. Take it in and out most of the day. Away for the weekend, friend used bronk on fri night to salt some of my places, no 4x4 used. Come home today, go pick up a 8ft plow blade, and try to put 4x4 in and nothing. Pull switch out, it was unplugged and the bulb fell out WTF? Plug back in, put bulb in, no go. WTF. Repull switch, i get power and ground to it, but when i push high or low, the ground goes away on whatever the wires were. Any comming things? My tcase shift motor did take a dump once, but the light did come on when it didnt work so this isnt the case. I see there is a tcase control module. I will be checking that tomorrow. Any ideas?

Check your fuses think it is fuse #6 it controls the shift motor. There is also a fuseable link in on of the wires in that circuit IIRC.

Did a little research at work this am, and found out that the Position Switch in the TCase shift motor gets all nasty. Tried to take the cover off to ck, bolts just broke, put new shift motor on, and she works again. Plow Bronk back in buisness.
