6.0 white smoke / no power when cold

2005 6.0 when start / cold it starts great but it has no power and blows white smoke until it gets up to running temp after that it runs great. any suggestions what it could be??
Just changed all 8 injectors and harnas and cheked the ficm all the fuel filters oil and everything. When we try to rev it the icp pressures comes up slowly like get stuck at 1300 and then revs. When it gets to operating temp the truck runs good but still a little lazy. Could itbe the oil cooler plugged? Btw no codes

What does the smoke smell like, coolant or fuel? Is it loosing coolant?

its not coolant because its not steamy like its like heavy like fuel and no its not loosing coolant my first tought was headgasket aswell

If it smells like fuel, you've either got defective injectors or improper installation. New or used injectors? If used, did you replace all o-rings and copper gaskets? What did you torque them down to?

it did it before we changed them too thats why we changed them we tought it was defective injectors... what could cause a really rich mixture?

bad injector sleeves, bad injectors, loose injectors.

Injector torqued do 24 ft lbs
Injectors are new.
EGR full plugged with carbon. its also replacced. What else can it be??

EGR delete and new boost sensor or whatever its called on the driver side exhuast manifold and its back on duty !
