ok we fixed it..

it was a bad FICM
the voltage at start up was really low about 13-14 instead of the 45+ it needed to be and after idle about 3-4 minutes the voltage climbed to about 40-42 where it needed to be at idle and turn it of and turn key on the voltage is 45+ so no prob starting up
it does that because the capacitors in the FICM has gone bad and doesn't hold current anymore so everything the truck sits for long periods of time the capacitors drains and the FICM doesn't have the good current it needs to start up that's why it starts hard and misfires
so a new FICM fixed the problem right up
