1999 ranger no start no fuel no spark

2.5 ranger no spark no fuel

ecm relay tested
crank sensor tested
full ecm tested

its got no spark and no activities at the injectors...
and no codes!!!

we tried everything!!

what else could it be???

cheked everyone passed even cheked the ones in the dash
swapped every relay also!

we even lift the fuse box to see for broken wires and corroded wires

Use your IDS and check your network test. Bet you the pcm isnt communicating.

thats the strange part.. the ids works fine with it

even did a KOEO test only code i got was for TPS out of range and i dont think that will cause a no spark or no injector condition

the fuel pump turns on and everything just no spark and no activities at the injectors

the owners messed with the crank sensor and messed it up it was too close and didnt get good reading.. we had to shim it about 2 hours of shimming out and in to test it when it will work. that was the prob the truck runs good now

Are you sure you're using your IDS? The datalogger function would allow you to see cranking rpms or any out of spec readings.

yes i was thats why i didnt get any rpm reading when cranking??

i saw that when cranking we didnt get any rpm reading in the datalogger but we didnt know what it was.. we wasnt sure thats why we cheked the crank sensor.
