1996 F-250 5.8 No Power on Acceleration

Ok, Here's a quick run down of my problem. Truck no problem starting. Great Idle. Even goes around block smoothly up to 20 MPH.

But, as soon as I try to accelerate engine keeps running but bogs down and No Power. Trying to get from 20 to 30 MPH takes time. I should mention there's no kickdown and shifting is drawn out. Have to quick tap throttle
to shift.

Quick point. While idling in Park the same thing starts to happen. Then when I release throttle the idle is rough, truck shakes. But it slowly adjusts and smooths out again.

Here's what's been done so far:

Throttle body cleaned out. Mass Air Flow cleaned off. Each with own specified cleaner.

New Parts: TPS, IAC, FUEL PRESS REG, DIST CAP & ROTOR, PLUGS & WIRERS.
(Cleared ECM and Retimed)

Also checked for leaks with Dyes & Smoke. No leaks. Well some Dye on lower radiator hose.

Finally did fuel pressure check:
KOEO: 32 PSI. (35-45 PSI)
KOER: 28 PSI. (30-32 PSI)

PRESS REG vacuum line pulled: 36 PSI
(35-45 PSI)
Rev/snap throttle: 32 PSI
(35-45 PSI)

Was able to pull codes - No Check Engine Light: Code P0171

Live Data also shows 100+ misses

Tomorrow going to change fuel filter to cover that.

But before I start pulling fuel pumps, ERG, and messing with injectors. Just wanted to get input on what I've missed, overlooker, or could look at.

Pretty much gonna give 1 or 2 last shots then that'll be that. So I'm open to hearing anything you have to offer

Thank You

If you can get it to accelerate by feathering the pedal - stepping in, then letting up, then stepping in lightly each time, it could be a plugged catalytic converter.
