hello ford truck fanatics. i have owned this truck for ten years, purchased it from my mom! i have been restoring it and at this point i want to add a lowering kit. any suggestions on what to buy and any info on the pro's and con's of this action would be highly appreciated.

Depending on how low you want to drop the truck, will affect how much you can still use it as a truck. I had a 4/6 Belltech drop and it pretty much ended using it as a truck to haul anything, lol! But it sure handled awesome!!! and looked really cool!

Welcome, If you can find Beltech drop beams is your best choice. I know DJM said to be ok by some and not too good by people in the past. You might have to go to their website to get the correct numbers for a lowering kit.
