Try speedwaymotors.com for the front disc brakes.... they have a kit for under 300 bucks. Cool that you were able to lower your truck, i guess your not hauling a load of bricks anytime soon.
Yes, there are 2 types of gauge clusters... standard cab (like the one you have). Or the custom cab swept speedo gauge cluster and was not available till 1965. 61 to 64 had the same gauge cluster as the standard cab but in chrome and argent(silver color paint).
Not that i have seen or found.... but, you may want to check some of the Bronco sites, bronco graveyard is one. the sides are the same style. NOT the same in the lenght or width.Hey UT:wavey: ...
that truck was not built by ford, nor does it look to be built by Crown conversion. the front/back doors give it away.I would like to own it though! nice find!
Your a professional? check into the Bronco 2 gas tank swap, they fit where the spare tire goes on trucks like mine and i think the frame width is about the same as your year of truck. 34 inches is what mine is. the filler neck comes out in the bed floor, easy to make a door for it.
:spank...
when i bought the truck it was crashed in the front end, the condensor was toast! no freon in it ay all. but other than that it was all hooked up and installed, i will take a picture and post tomorrow.
How do Bob, i have the same ARA under the dash air conditioning unit in my 66 truck, i have been to a few places and they are not worth the $$$ to fix them, i fact it would cost more than buying a system from some where like classic auto air...
i have 3 trucks and one cost me 850. one was a thousand, and my first truck cost 3200. it really depends on how nice it is, both my truck are appraised at 3500-4000 bucks! only thing is the one that is worth 3500 cost my 5000 to get it there.:headbang:
