Wheel sizes

I have a 1995 F350 with standard steel 16" wheels. I have no interest in replacing with giant-sized tires, but I would like to replace with some version of a Ford factory aluminum wheel that looks better and weighs less. So what are my options? Will the newer model wheels fit? The bolt pattern looks like a bigger circle to me, but have not really checked yet. What about the newer wheels of larger diameter? Width limits?

In 1996 or 97 Ford changed the bolt pattern from 6 1/2" to 7mm on the trucks, but left the Econolines at 6 1/2"
