Actually, the OL uses the touch free auto one lots and it has a great undercarriage wash. I would like a washbay with a lift ideally...one day.

That works! I was just wondering about the water freezing...

Let me know when you want to get started on the wash bay; I'm cheap labor. :D

Garages are both heated..so no worries with that. No wash bay until acreage..and that is a few years off.

I see, said the blind man. :D

And with that acreage, you'll need a new tractor, new toys to run around on it, etc. :)

Checked the fluids on the Ranger. Everything was near perfect.

Also added some more tools to the emergency kit including more sockets, Phillips and flat head screw drivers, a toothbrush(for dirty connectors), a battery terminal/post cleaner, and a few other necessary things.:)

I stepped outside to make sure she was still there and went back in.

Didn't pull my wipers from the windshield this morning, turned the wipers on, driver's side stayed frozen to the windshield, and stripped out. So I got to throw a new wiper arm on the Bronco this morning.

Did that in one of the family cars the other day. :headbang:

A little tip to help y'all save your wipers.. Pour a little cold water on them to loosen them up.

Swapped wheels and tires from the 85 to the bronco and it made it look 100 percent better. Also rebuilt the carb on it and while tightening it down I did it too much and cracked the carb. So tried to rebuild another one I had layin around and it wont work either so gonna go get another fitting here shortly and try a third one I have. Found out why the horn dont work as well. Turns out the little springy things in the turn signal stat that are supposed to make contact with the wheel aint makin contact cause the one is either stuck down in its socket or broke either way I cant get it to come up so I ordered a new stat from rockauto, bought some red visors off Ebay for 9 bucks and some inner supports for the visors and a clutch pedal pad from JBG

I usually do...or they're not 'frozen enough' to not be able to pluck them up by hand. This morning I was just in a rush and not thinking.

I took the wiper arms off the Ranger the other day to see if they had better toothed splines than my F100. I was very disappointed to see that the splines were just as fine and crappy as the ones on the F100. It's not your fault Ben, the splines on Ford trucks just plain suck.

^^^The splines on the 'actuator' didn't actually appear to be the problem, it was the female part on the wiper arms. It looked like someone took a grinder to them half way down, and what was remaining was rounded horribly. I woulda been pissed had I not had an extra arms...but about 2 years ago, I lost a set screw on one of my wipers in a rain storm, so every truck I've picked, I've robbed the wiper arms...I bet I have about 15 pair sitting in the shed, and another 2-3 pair riding around with me in the Bronco.
