What generations have same bumper mount spacing?

Would a custom bumper built to fit the frame rails of a 1980-86 F150 fit on a 1987-91 F150? Are the frame rails the same width? what about a bumper for a 1992-96 F150 with the rounded front end?
I would assume that teh frame horns are the same throughout but just want a confirmation

In 92, Ford went to an accordion shaped crumple zone kinda deal on the front frame horns. The width is the same, but otherwise, I'm not sure.

The frame horns changed a little from 80-87 but the 92up r a different animal.
Just have own mounts made asthe newer r way different in shape/mounting style but spacing of frame is the same.
