what do you guys think of my custom intank fuel picup device for my project?

the floater is in its original position thats thy i cut the casing open and remove the pump and put a plastic hose in its place its the same plastic hose that you find for fuel under the truck

im gonna cut the picup tube to length and put the screen filter back on
and on top its going to siphon to the pump and the pump push it to another filter a high quality one and then the carb..

its the same thing.. exept i took the pump out and put a plastic fuel line in its place.. i still have to cut it length wise..

i was thinking about sumping the tank but its hard to do the tank is ribbed underneat.. either get a fuel cell or do this
