Well find which tire is missing the wheel weight, then swap it with ann's truck... If it fixes your problem then nothing to sweat, if not, you could have bigger problems.

Have all four tires cleaned, rotated and balanced...

Check drive shaft, Universal joints, and other rotating parts.

Check suspension parts, and look under the truck for any wear or irregularities.

Lug nuts tight? Haha

Even foreign debris in the brakes will cause problems.

they are goin for rotation and balancing tomorrow. drive shaft and u joints are good. and yes lugnuts are tight.
 
With your transmission being that old, even if your engine build is on hold I'd put a new transmission in before anything.
