When I turn either direction doesn't matter my steering makes a weird noise and i can feel the kind of grinding in the steering wheel itself. I looked under my hood and it is coming form the rod that goes directly into the firewall to the steering wheel. and the connection down by the pump is where i believe the noise is coming from. I checking the power steering fluid and it is good. Is there a grease zerk on the rod somewhere that i am missing that need grease? or does someone actually know the problem with it? Any advice would be great thanks!
