Still 15th with 70. Do you have to click on the link at the ratings page and open the site before the vote counts? The explanation is kinda unclear.

^^^No...I click on the link in Scott's sig. Then a page pops up that says to click the link on that page if I want it to count towards the site that I just navigated away from.


That being said, votes are tallied every hour and are not instantaneous. And it is still yet to be determined if a voter has to wait 24 hours between votes or if it's simply a calender day.
