Alright hopped on DC online...and I think I found one of the parts, and it's called a Heater water control valve and it also looks like a Vacuum Switch Valve could be a potential culprit as well.

I was having the same symptoms.
My tin-can reservoir was leaking.
IMO, the way I found the problem is worth it to you to use,
-before- buying a single dangged part.
I used a hand vacuum pump and system tester.
Figured my vacuum motors were leaking and was looking into
part numbers and all that for replacements turns out -none-
of them leak -at all-!The tool saved me from buying any
parts.
This is sort of like hunting electrical problems without a meter.
Don't 'member paying this much but this is the kit I got...

All I can say is I sure glad I got one and got a good one.
Was useful working on the '91 F150's emission systems too.
