Turn indicator 85 F250

I am tring to replace the turn indicator switch on 85 with tilt wheel and I have taken everything down to shift collar and the bracket that hold the tilt assembly. This is where i am stumped. I have replaced this switch before (about 10 years ago) but I am stuck at this point, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The switch is right there and you cant get it out? I havent done any on that year. Bolts holding it in, something covering it?
