Sweet man, its funny what you find in placed. I found some vice grip parts in my bronco door. When I fixed the window switch so when you hit up it went up and not down. I was like what clunks when I shut the door. Reached down and 1/2 a vice grip. Wierd. But thats sweet that it works. You should be all toasty now.
You never know what you will find in a used vehicle. I had a horrible rattle in the front of my 72 torino when I was in high school. Took me months to find out what it was.
What it ended up being was a snap on body alignment tool wedged under the edge of the grill in front of the radiator. That thing is stout. I keep it in my tool box with my drift pins, cold chisels, and punches.
The only snap on tool I own.
I have not found anything really strange in the 56 yet...but I probably will.
