truck stalls

I have a 1988 ford f250 lariat with a 460 fuel injected. Once it reaches running temp I lose all power and it stalls. I have to wait about an hour for it to cool down then it will restart. Ive replaced the throttle body sensor and the throttle body command module. any ideas

correction on post it was the ecm not throttle body control module I feel stupid

Does your check engine light illuminate? Regardless, after you have experienced the issue, get the codes read. The ECM may have stored a code describing the nature of the problem.

my check engine light flashes only while accelerating rapidly after it warms up

A flashing CEL means a misfire in one or more cylinders.
