trim removal

are you removeing all or just a few peices? they all are held on with clips and studs/nuts so you will need an 11/32" socket and wrench if the truck has good/new paint use a rag over top of the screwdriver to avoid screwing up the paint

If you're doing the front fenders, I find it easier to just take them off, then go after the trim.

Have a 2nd person help you. It's a bear by yourself.

A putty knife woriks to unsnap the clips but you need to unscrew the nuts of the clips with them first

ya it is all top side and bottom molding...Paint is coming after that but i dont' wanna destroy the trim trying to get it off! I figured most is clipped in...but the bolts visable or hidden under the rubber in the trim??

nuts will be under the sheet metal usualy at the ends get a flashlight, and take a good look behind you will find them just make sure to use wd40 and soak the studs 1st or you may break them if they are rusty but i can be done i did 2 trucks already never broke any thing just go slow and take your time
