Transmission Dip Stick Leaking

Transmission fluid is leaking from the dip stick at the transmission. Not sure if there is supposed to be an "O" ring or anything. The dip stick is loose. How can I stop the leak?

Yes, O-ring in a depression on the tube. Make sure its oil compatible.

Do you know the size, and if it's 1 or 2 rings?

It's recommended to also put a small coating of RTV around the O-Ring before you install the tube into the tranny. Did this on my C-6 3 years ago haven't had a leak yet.
