Tow Mirror Swap?

Hey guys,

I have those funky looking 9th gen standard mirrors and am thinking of an upgrade, I really like the look of the 5th generation f series tow mirrors.

Does anyone make that style of mirror that would make for a relatively simple swap? Are there any that would fit in the existing mirror mounts?

I believe what you'd be looking for is the 'jr west coast' style mirror. You probably won't find anything to mount into the current points, so you'd have to drill/fab new points.

I don't like my mirrors either, since the first time I took my first ride, I said self??? get different mirrors.
Passenger side is worse,,, not much adjustment either.
So,,, if you replace with new mirrors,,, new placement, what do you do with the existing holes?

Plug 'em with stainless-steel button-headed Allen-screws.

"save 'em" for later, like any useful tool, you got -options-.
