Crap nevermind. Just calculated a hair under $2000 for gas at 12.5 mpg, round trip. And thats with gas at $4.00, it'll probably be higher by the time summer comes around.

Now all you need to do to complement it, is coat that bed in some black liner (of your choice) .

looks sharp. you think about welding up a sort of 'stand' to make it sit level with the bed rails? Makes access a LOT easier.

But, on the other hand... If you can hardly see over the wheel, I doubt side access to the toolbox is a concern. Nevermind.
