Toe In

What is the spec to set my Toe In for 1978-9 F-150 steering geometry? I assume I will measure the front side and back side of the tires (at 9 & 3 O'clock). My tire size is 15 x 42 x 15. I have new balljoints, bushings, complete tie-rods and pitman arm.

when i set up front ends on my junk ill measure front and back of the tires and set them with a 1/8 inch toe in. works good for me
