What would you consider a -fair- price for "ready to go" GT40 heads?
So I'll know what to get and what to leave.

i think he ment twisted wedge heads that are 100 times better than these and 100 times as more expensive..

these go for about 300-400

if they have been ground and fully rebuilt with a valve job yes, just cleaned up factory 200

"wedge sides" is not as commonly used as Dent and Bump, I guess. :/

Seems like they don't look that way to me so much anymore but when
the '80 model first came out, the Ford pickups looked like they'd been
squashed-in on the sides. LOL YMMV on that? Later heard they
were called "wedge sides" so I figured I knowed where the description
came from.

Thinking about a 393w stroker kit.
Still just in the dreaming stages.

So, 300 to 400 each?

fully worked and ground out, yea i have seen them go for that.

I ended up giving 325 for my GT40 heads and they had 89,000 on them.

There's no real set price on these things. If it's the only guy that's selling at a particular time in a particular area, they're worth whatever the seller thinks they are worth. If there are 6-7 in the local market then they are worth what the lowest asking price or buyer thinks they are worth. The $200 is a steal in my experience.

Seems average for around here, i see em on CL every once in awhile.
350 for fully worked gt-40's... Almost bought some, but not sure which path im goin down with this truck right now.
