Well to start with I am still a Proud Owner, Of a 1995 F150 XLT 4.9 inline 6. Im hoping to get some imformation, And some Directions. On no spark no start issue. The truck turns over and all. My ignition Modual, And my Coil Checked out fine. I have power to both of them. But no intermitent spark at the Coil. And no spark coming out, On the Coil wire going to the Distr? Tested both of them plus I have Extras, Of both them. Had them all tested at Kragens All were good Um?? Do you think it could be the PIP in the distr? My truck Actually has 200.600 miles on it still have great compression,Burns no oil and looks and has ran good Since I purchased it with 7.000 miles on it back in 1996 The inside of the Distr. reddish orange color in it. and its original. So instead of replacing the Pick up in the Distr. I thought I would just bite the Bullet & Replace the Distr. After all it does have alot of miles on it Could you Please give some feedback regarding this would be Greatly appriciated?? Thank You much. jackie t

If the module and coil check out fine, it is possible the pickup in the distributor is the issue. Typically it is easier to swap the distributor vs. replacing just the pickup.

Now for the typing nazi... Your post was quite hard to read. Please use fairly complete sentences and proper capitalization. I can read upside down and scrambled, but the beginning and end of the words need to be proper. I had to take extra time to interpret what you put, which when I am busier, I will not take the time, and even now nearly passed by due to being difficult to read. Just a friendly statement to please try and type out a little better. Even from a phone, it needs to be better to be responded to in the way you would like. I don't care completely on grammar as long as it is reasonable, but punctuation and capitals need to be better arranged. I felt like i was reading one of my daughter's friend's text messages....
