Tensioner bolt sheared off

Was out playing in the snow banks and the tensioner bolt broke flush were it mounts.
Guess I'll drill it out with a left hand drill bit and hope it comes out. If not a easy out should make short work of it.
I never saw one shear off on one before. I'm guessing some one over tightened it before I bought the truck.

Is there enough room to get a drill bit in there?

Going to be dang tight. I think I can get the small 90° in there without pulling the radiator.
