Temp sensor

When I got my 86 f250 the previous owner cut all the sensors on the top of the motor an plugged everything . I just replaced the thermostat/housing/sensor all of it. I am purchasing the connector that is on top of the thermostat tommarow but i have no idea where it connects to.. There is two wires coming out of the sensor connector I'm putting in any ideas for me?!

Thanks Derek

You need to connect to the threaded terminal. You can put a nut on it, I prefer the factory type slide on when they are still good...

BTW, I can't help a whole lot, as I don't know what motor you have, as the location can change. I don't recall which color it is either, but that info is available.

Knowing which engine I have and what sensor and connector I have does anyone know where I connect the two wires that come out of the temp sensor connector?
