Yeah D...I was figuring block plus labor=$2500...then shipping 450lbs is probably another 2-500 depending on who ships it.

Yeah...you are probably right...my shipping was $190 to Montana for 250lb...and it will probably be close to 450lb complete. On a different note, I talked to that place with the big 1 barrel and he said the motor is not big enough...they did however suggest a carb which they hand build there...at the moment it looks like an 850 double pumper...this is just preliminary...I'll keep updating as things progress.

Sounds awesome about the carb...I figured you'd be in the 850-950cfm range. You thought about going with anything from QuickFuel...they usually have some primo more readily available stuff.

HOt damn that would awesome if Tim came here.

Hmm, thats kinda high for a turn key, but then again he is the master of the 400 :) and I think it would be well worth it.

I told him about this website today when I was talking to him...I was making sure he was cool with me posting my invoice prices and he said he would check it out...I mentioned that it was started by some guys from the other site and he would probably see some familiar people here.

I've not heard of QuickFuel, but I will check them out...what I'm wondering right now is about steel braided lines....back in my ancient days, we used Russell...is there any new sort of products out these days?..or is it still pretty much Russell?

We get raped for shipping to up here...at least the raping is consistent.

Tex...I'm about 3 hours north of the Montana border....in Alberta..which is next to British Columbia...which is the farthest west province...if I was from Eastern Canada, I would jump off a bridge or something along those lines..
The East has been dropping a triple coiler with the DQ tip on the West since day one...if the whole lot of them union commies dropped of the face of the earth, I wouldn't shed a whole lot of tears.

So my jaunt down to Sweetgrass should be a nice relaxing day...I got some quad stuff coming from Texas and some other audio crap coming from elsewhere...so it will be a money saving day.

Better get that engine pulled!!

Hi Duncan and and my fellow Ford Fanatics!!

The pallet of parts should be out the door mid week.

I want to thanks Duncan for your patience and for being an enjoyable customer.

Proud to add you as another 434 customer. I would like to some day when I get the energy contact the customers who have purchased the stroker kits and start a web page of 434 Cusomers.

Thanks again and I look forward to working with you Fanatics!!
