I do live in more of a city environment, but my mom is out in the sticks a little bit and that tractor was up at her place. She had 2.5 acres, so we used it a lot for doing hardwork and mowing the lawn (had a mower deck for it). We also had a roto-tiller, post hole digger, wood chipper,and a big flatbed weed whacker thing (kinda like a giant lawnmower blade). It came with the house. Now that she's got the house on the market, she figured she'd get more money out of the tractor if she sold it separate with the attachments; so that's what she didI thought you lived in the city what the hell are you doing with a small loader?
Kubota's are good tractors to.
Kobota's are like Japans version of John Deere.

After a quick google image search it looks like they call it a "brush hog." Bush hog turned up a bunch of results too so who knows. Looked very much like this:
