starting problems

Hello to all,
I have a question and hope someone can help me. My truck is cranking but not turning over. I have changed the icm, distributor, coil, crank sensor. It still is not running. What else is there to try?

What is your truck?
Have you got fuel pressure on the injection rail?
Have you got spark at the plugs?
Are your fuel injectors pulsing?
