Speaker Wire Colors

Which is positive and which is negative? I couldn't find any labels on then, why the heck couldn't for just use red and black.

If you can physically see the speaker, take a 1.5V battery and touch the speaker wires to the battery. When the speaker moves forward (out) the lead that is on the + of the battery will be the + on the speaker.
